At the corner of Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard and Hunter Street, the Stockton Mexican food mainstay El Grullense has combined two of the things they do best: restaurants and food trucks.  El Grullense s new food-truck-shaped drive-through restaurant is open for business as of Tuesday. The drive through serves the same menu of tacos, burritos, tortas and quesadillas available at El Grullense’s food trucks, but without customers having to leave their cars.  “The whole concept.is to push people through” and keep lines short, Steve Gutierrez, an employee and friend of owner Ramon Guerrero, said.   “We didn’t expect it to be this successful. We can’t keep up,” Gutierrez said.
