Figure While shows at the Chase Gallery inside Spokane City Hall have been closed to the public for the past year, the online offerings have been stellar, and that continues with a new show opening Tuesday. Figure is a group show featuring a collection of figurative photos, paintings and drawings by artists Hannah Charlton, Janelle Cordero, Sally Jablonsky, Posie Kalin, Kayleigh Lang, Egor Shokoladov, Lindsey Davis Johnson and Megan Harsh Pine. Their range of approaches is impressive, as is their ability to convey their ideas about sexuality, faith, humor and human nature. The show will be online-only unless City Hall reopens during its run, scheduled to last until July 30, and it’s one of the stops on the June 4 Spokane Queer Art Walk (albeit obviously a “virtual” stop).
