I finally got tired of it and went and cut his throat. parker has assaulted numerous other inmates and staff members. he has spent most of his time at holman in the administrative segregation unit. he s an impulsive type of a guy. he s violent. he s in here for violence and apparently the time has not taught him any differently. can i be rehabilitated? yeah, i could be rehabilitated. if i could figure out how to get over the hatred. because i have a lot of hatred. i have a lot of hatred for people in general, for society. that includes warden culliver. he s a narcissist. he s super serious. he loves attention. he loves to micromanage [ bleep ]. and he loves to give everybody at his mercy a hard time. he s trying to be somebody. he s trying to define his identity off the demoralization and dehumanization of other people. trying to boost his own ego up. how would you describe steven parker? what kind of inmate is he? crazy. he s a nut. i mean, no more, no less. he s not a p ....
Protection than inside a vehicle. reporter: we ll see it all the time when you see cars running away from police officers and they ll be bumped, they will owe ego up on sidewalks, they bump into trees and continue going. if this guy goes in an intersection and he s hit by a car at a pretty good speed you can see he s being cautious as he goes through the intersections. he s clearly taunting police. he s going slowly. he appears to be a fairly good motorcycle rider. he probably knows that. the police get close to him, they are never going to be able to get close enough to him in the car which is probably why necessity brought the motorcycle cops in so they could at least be on an even playing field. now it looks as though the periods higher. we are looking for information on exactly what roads these are as the helicopters kind of fly. this guy is flying down the road now. so now he poses more of a risk to himself and others, and that s when they try and gauge exactly how dangerous t ....
