Patricia Ann Dishman, of Warrenton, passed away peacefully Friday, April 23, 2021 in her home, surrounded by family.
Ann, as many knew her, was born May 7, 1943 in Sturgeon at the home of her grandparents, Owen and Ruth (McCallister) Bryson. Ann was the only child of Joseph Riggs “J.R.” Bryson and Elizabeth “Beth” Lorean (Richards) Bryson.
Ann was united in marriage to James Edward Dishman on Aug. 8, 1965 at the First Christian Church in Mexico. Both graduated from Mexico High School in 1961 and were proud Bulldogs. Ann went on to graduate from Mexico Practical Nursing in 1963. She had a long career as a licensed practical nurse and received a certificate of recognition from the State of Missouri for 50 years of service as an LPN in 2013. During her long career, she enjoyed working in doctor office settings, as a newborn nurse and as a geriatric nurse. Ann retired in 2016, after serving as c
