1,632,798
options over its ordinary shares of 1 pence each ( Ordinary Shares ), to certain Group employees, including 462,798 options to Chief Executive Officer, Dr Jon Burrows, 480,000 options to Chief Financial Officer, Paul Stockdale and 150,000 options to Chief Operating Officer, Thomas Guiel, who is a person discharging managerial responsibility. The options were granted under the Company s 2016 Employee Share Option Plan
with an exercise price of £1
per share.
