Stopped for speeding on Interstate I-180 in Loyalsock Township on Sept. 19, motorist Edward Hartz, 45, of 216 Lewis Road, was found to possess four bags of marijuana in his 1999 Chevrolet Malibu, a state trooper said in an affidavit. “There was an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, the trooper said.
