Two East High School administrators were injured in a shooting reported at Denver’s East High School on the morning of Wednesday, March 22, 2023. The suspect, a 17-year-old student, fled the scene. His body was later found outside of Bailey.
The specialized security plan that allowed the 17-year-old to attend East High School, despite having been expelled from Cherry Creek’s Overland High, unraveled in a shooting that left two administrators injured.
