Everyone agrees for the future of our children we must do everything we can to have them back in a learning environment again this fall. Working with States School superintendent woods, educational administrators and School Boards around the state we have guidelines for schools that i am very proud of because it took the assumption we would open schools what do it very safely and ensure that schools have the tools they need to protect students, staff, teachers as well as the community as a whole. We fully expect some cases of covid19 among students and teachers and we are doing what we can to provide the resources that need it to protect everyone in the setting. Working with superintendent woods, administrators, and School Boards around the state, we have crafted guidelines for schools that i am very proud of because it took the assumption that we would open schools but we would do it very safely and ensure that schools have the tools they have to protect the students, the staff, the teachers as well as the community as a whole. But now things have gotten more bizarre with the same person trying to bully students, families and teachers and other staff back into school buildings. Thats what were dealing with. Thats what its come to. Today we will be absorbing our fall learning plan. I know many will find aspects they will object to but this will find solace in the approach. This is the time for us to pull together collectively to row lie upon one another to make this year as good and meaningful as it can be for our childrens sake. I want to fo know if theres any specific resources that youve given to staff that have been potentially laid off or have been, you know, reduced in hours because i know that affects a lot of nex income and families. Can you repeat the question . My main question was, basically how are staff and personnel being affected through phase one . I dont want to make any assumptions off the bat. But what are some resources that have been shared with staff and personnel whose hours might be cut or have been cut . I know personally, i know someone whose hours have been reduced to two hours a day and thats on minimum wage.
