Since yesterday before being rescued this afternoon. The victims, 13 year old boy and his sisters nine, ten and 12. Now, neighbor tells thaws one of the kids had an argument with their mother before all of this happened, allegedly about some money being taken. Police say one of the kids grabbed a phone that could only dial out and call 911 so they called 911.
