i m lu kwesa i m lukwesa burak. let s get more on the ongoing row over housing asylum seekers. the bbc has heard the first 50 people who will be housed on the bibby stockholm barge later today, and up to 500 men will be transferred there while they await the outcome of their asylum applications. campaigners have expressed concerns about the conditions aboard the barge but the government insists the that it is safe and help will help reduce the cost of placing migrants in hotels. our reporter steve humphrey is in portland harbour. so far this morning we have not seen any activity around the barge which is just behind any activity around the barge which isjust behind me here in portland harbour. it has rapidly become part of the harbour scene very quickly. we are expecting that first tranche of asylum seekers to go on board. as dan mentioned in his film the bbc has seen a letter from the home office to asylum seekers saying they are going to be moved onto the barge. it does say ....
