may be on the ropes, next. from abc 7 news, this is a breaking news alert. teacher arrested for prostitution and sexual the solicitation of a minor. alison: richard kemp is a teacher at glenelg high school, but he was busted in montgomery county. leon: jay korff has the details. leon, the principal at the high school sent a letter to said, i mre he writing to inform you i received very disturbing news today. the news is that english teacher was arrested on prostitution general and sexual solicitation of a minor. according to the school s website, this is richard kemp s bio. he made contact with an undercover officer posing as a minor on a social media app. the school principal said in his letter that the county will be on hand to talk to students and a long-term substitute has been secured to replace kemp. it says that bio, his favorite pastime activities include playing with his children, walking his dog, and traveling with his wife. live in howard county, jay korff, abc
