Mattoon Police arrested April D. Vice, 37 years of age of Mattoon, for an active arrest warrant out of Coles County for failing to appear for a 2020 Larceny case, an active arrest warrant out of Edgar County for Contempt of Court, as well as for a new offense of Possession of Methamphetamine.
The arrest occurred on 02/02/2021 at 8:45am in the 2100 block of Champaign Ave in Mattoon.  The charge alleges that on 2/2/21 while in the 2100 block of Champaign Ave, police located and took into custody the Ms. Vice for the active warrants.  During this time, Ms. Vice had possession of Methamphetamine.  Ms. Vice was taken to the Coles County Jail. ....
