Eddie Vargas Sr. and Eddie Vargas Jr., who created the Keep Kids Off the Streets nonprofit six years ago, were among five recipients nationwide of the Stahl Family Small Business Fund Pure Imagination Scholarship, which is dedicated to helping small businesses grow by giving them extra tools and training they need to take their operation to the next level.
