The Ohio Senate wants to expand a 2% personal income tax cut up to 5%, slash state dollars for rural broadband and increase the amount kids get for school vouchers as part of their two-year budget.

The Senate s version of the $75 billion budget bill is the third and final one to be introduced. Gov. Mike DeWine unveiled his plan in February, and the House released its in March.
