The dash cams owner says the driver was stunned, but otherwise okay. Down in the florida keys, the navy is searching for other storm victims who might not be as fortunate. Their helicopters are looking for the stranded and anyone in need. The keys were utterly devastated by irma. Femas administrator described the scope of the damage. 25 of the houses nushlly have been destroyed and 65 have major damage. Basically every house in the keys was impacted in some way or another.
