As a fundraiser and communication expert he was an admission officer and lived in china as an asia fellow. In his first year of teaching. It was a wonderful surprise. We are going to have to leave it there. We have a lot of callers teaching teachers and the attrition rate. In my belief which is much higher in innercity schools than it is in the suburbs is an average of three years or less. The main reason is obviously the enormous classsize and the teaching conditions and all the problems that come with insufficient funding and also the fact that they will be talking about children that have their education. And i cannot be told that we have to drill the students and methods similar that are inferior. Either or punishment or reward. And the way we educate teachers, i would love to see our schools of education and incorporate a much more liberal preparation and unfortunately they are going the other way because of the testing measures. We are being told that they will lose their certification unless they address this to these highstakes advance and that is the wrong way to go, i believe trad
