BARMM Member of Parliament Amir Mawallil takes the floor on Thursday (Sept. 30, 2021) to explain his proposed Parliament Bill 129, otherwise known as the Bangsamoro Economic Zone Act of 2021, to help spur economic development in the fledgling regional bureaucracy.
