　　本报讯记者赵铭报道日前，省政府办公厅印发《促进平台经济规范健康持续发展的实施意见》(以下简称《意见》)，提出要优化平台经济营商环境，反对垄断和防止资本无序扩张，把平台经济发展贯穿于结构调整“三篇大文章”的推进全过程，推动数字辽宁、智造强省建设取得显著成效。
　　《意见》要求，建立健全平台经济规则制度，提升监管能力和水平。放宽融合性产品和服务准入限制，不违反法律法规均应允许相关市场主体进入。清理和规范制约平台经济健康发展的行政许可、资质资格等事项。强化反垄断规制，依法查处平台“二选一”“大数据杀熟”等滥用市场支配地位行为。依法查处社区团购、长租公寓、交通运输等领域利用资本优势低价排挤竞争对手、抢占市场违法行为。建立健全协同监管机制，打击互联网虚假广告和� ....
