We re going to go live to wall street because that is the opening bell you are hearing. it has been quite a week, quite a month for traders, and nothing is calming down at all. so i want to bring in cnbc s leslie picker, an old friend of mine who joins me now. my goodness, down 247 in the last 10 seconds. yet another red day on the screen. it s really coming off weak economic data from china, europe, china reporting industrial output, that lagged economists expectations. same is due with data out of europe, pmi indicated a slow down over there. you start to hear a chorus of economists, looking at the potential for the next recession, some saying next year, the year after or two ....
