And from emeryville its a little cloudy in spots, but it should be a nice afternoon with temperatures once again afternoon. 56 in livermore. The winds will offset the warming that we had yesterday. Cooling around the bay as much as 5 to 10 degrees. Into the mid50s. Look for midday temperatures, 50s and 60s, and the out lying areas it will be breezy. More mid60s arented bay.

Reporter but just after midnight saturday, there was nothing happy or upbeat what happened on 92nd and broadway and it wasnt the sound of theater here. It was the sound of a man crying for help on the train station and the sight of police flooding the neighborhood searching for four men who attacked the 19yearold. The victim was waiting for the cross town bus while looking at his cellphone when the four men approached him and asked him where he was from. They punched him and slashed his pockets. That victim ran into that subway station as those men chased him. Its a crowded part of the city even late at night, particularly during the weekend. Perhaps why some find this attack a bit unusual. Developing story, but we have preliminary details. Investigator still on the scene as they are trying to piece it together, interviewing neighbors and Family Members. Anne Arundel County Police say their officers arrived at this home at about 130 in the afternoon, a quiet crofton called a sack. They had gotten a call from a Family Member who was outside of the home. They said the 21yearold man inside was about to harm himself. When they arrived, they had to force their way in and at the top of the stairs was a 21yearold holding what appeared to be a rifle, put it at the police. When he would not drop the weapon, one officer fired striking the man in his stomach. He was taken to shock trauma in critical condition. As this was going down, another Family Member was inside the home. Officer there was somebody else in the house. We are interviewing that person as we speak. We have no indication that person was being held in there against their will. Roz the police say they have been called
Woman who did the only thing she could think of to survive. Good evening. Im kimberly suiters. They suspect is recovering after the police shoot him in the stomach in his home. Roz plater has been following this developing story. Officer say the shooting happened in the blink of an eye. Roz it all went down quickly. The police say they have been called to the home multiple times, but so far not saying why. Anne Arundel County Police investigators poured over the shooting scene for hours collecting evidence. Officers first arrived early afternoon after a concern Family Member called 911, when the 21yearold man inside was about to harm himself. Stunned neighbors looked on. The ambulance pulled up i thought it was a oneoff thing then i saw the fire truck and five cruisers. Roz uniformed officers surrounded the home, then forced their way in and found the 21yearold at the top of the stairs holding a long rifle, putting it at the officers.
