Stranger. This familys account of what happened yesterday is extremely troubling. They say a total and complet vanger walked up to that teen ij ear tried to start a verbal fight and shot and killed him. That 15yearolds victim tells meal he was a sophomore at laro hii school. The teen didnt even live in dc and he lived in maryland and he was visiting his mother during spring break so they feel unlakely he would have had any brems with anyone that neighborhood.
