Reporter brian was working nearby when someone came into his store yelling for help. Someone came in and yelled if there was anybody who knew how to swim, that a car had crashed into the water. Reporter emergency crews got the unusual call around 7 00 this morning. The vehicle went through the parking lot over that large sidewalk area through the metal railing into the water.
