MIAMI, FL - Florida East Coast Realty (FECR) has proudly announced the appointment of Eduardo (Eddy) Pereira, Jr. as Vice President of Property Management. Overseeing a multi-million square foot portfolio and leading the company’s property management team, Pereira will be responsible for the managing, leasing, and operations of all residential and commercial properties.
In this role, Pereira will lead all property management personnel, including on-site managers, administration, and maintenance, while also developing, implementing, and directing the company’s operating policies and procedures. He will be directly responsible for the collection of all rents and revenues, as well as establishing the standards for tenant credit reviews and screenings.
