Kaivon Washington, the suspect accused of raping a Louisiana State University student before her death last month has been accused of rape for the third time.
Kaivon Washington, the suspect accused of raping the LSU student before her death earlier this month, is also being accused of raping a 12-year-old girl when he was 15 in 2020.
