East Baton Rouge Parish Coroners Office says that Good Samaritans were guided by first responders on the phone in the pouring rain after Madi was hit by the ride-share car.
Casen Carver, 18, and Everett Lee, 28, were both charged with participating or witnessing the rape of Madi, 19, on January 15.
Court records show that both were released on bail on January 24.
