South Texas native, Calallen graduate and now recognized artist and musician Nik Parr, from the Selfless Lovers, will return to perform in Corpus Christi.
Parr moved to Austin over eight years ago to pursue a marketing degree from the University of Texas. What started out as a fun creative outlet to play music with friends evolved to a new career as a well-known artist and musician. Parr uses his marketing skills to promote his band, The Selfless Lovers.
Parr regularly plays at Antone s and the Continental. 2020 was supposed to be the strong Texas tour playing throughout the state, but the pandemic detoured some of those efforts, Parr said. I think 2020 has made us all appreciate life more and the band is looking forward to playing live as much as we can.
