The GT2 Pro is Realme s early-2022 flagship smartphone, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and up to 12GB of RAM. It is slated to launch in Europe soon; however, a blog now purports to spill the prices to be unveiled during that event in advance. They potentially point to marked affordability for these specs, only beaten in this respect by the phone s vanilla GT2 sibling.
Realme has made the GT2 Pro and its vanilla sibling the GT2 official in China today (January 4, 2022). They both come with the latest Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12, 50MP rear cameras and options of "Paper Master Tech Design" editions, although the GT2 Pro is the only one with a new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and an E5 AMOLED display. The series has been released to the Chinese market thus far, although the OEM asserts an international launch is forthcoming.
Realme has confirmed that the second-gen GT-series flagship smartphones will launch shortly in December 2021. Then again, only the GT2 Pro has been officially named thus far. A new leak, based on some website source-code, now purports to identify the plain GT2 as well.
The Realme GT2 Pro is set for launch with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 top-end processor later in December 2021. It has been teased as doing so with a photography-related feature completely new to the market, which the OEM has now teased via official channels. Then again, a famous tipster claims to add more detail on the phone s cameras.
