NEW LANDOWNERS. Department of Agrarian Reform personnel join the farmers who received land titles and were installed on agricultural landholdings in Hinigaran, Negros Occidental on Friday (Oct. 15, 2021). On Friday, 18 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) became new landowners of agricultural properties in Barangay Camalobalo. Twelve ARBs were awarded certificates of land ownership award (CLOAs) to 16.88 hectares formerly owned by spouses Rafael and Lourdes Guanzon while six were given titles to 12.47 hectares of land that used to belong to Maria Limoncito.
