White Settlement Police got the call at west Freeway Church of christ just before 10 a. M. Central time. That would have been about a half hour into the sunday morning bible study. According to the churchs schedule thats posted online. Multiple reports indicate the shooter was taken down by an Armed Security officer at the church. Officials dont believe theres any additional threat to the community, but bombsniffing dogs are checking the area to make sure the Church Grounds are safe and secure. Atf is also enroute. Police are interviewing witnesses and trying to pin down a motive. Again, they cant question the suspect who has succumbed to his injuries, but one thing is definitely for sure, this is yet another tragic shooting at a holy place in this country. A ver ....
