When Michael Jordan played in the 90s, the Chicago Bulls were the most feared team in the league. Evident of their 6-0 Finals run during that time, there were some teams that could never get over the hump. The Knicks, Pacers, and Jazz featured some great talent during their heyday but never won a title due to the roadblock that was Michael Jordan.
When Jordan left the league a second time, it felt like the league was granted a fresh slate. Anybody could compete for a title, even when LeBron James came into the league in 2003.
