shooting video. she said padre boulevard at some points is almost becoming impassable. we ve had winds up to 52 miles an hour. this will continue. we could see up to ten inches of rain. now, here s what happens when you re out doing live shots in hurricanes. my photographer is in the hotel room so that he stays dry. technology and water don t mix. it s a little bit hard to show you everything. what i want to show you is all the seaweed. the water has covered basically almost 90% of the beach at times and then it rushes back out. and it s starting to flood. this doesn t do it justice. it only comes up to about my ankle, but unfortunately, i m unable to show you the standing water that s close to the hotel. it does come up to just below my knee. so we re definitely starting to see some flooding here. i think that s going to be the biggest problem here in south texas. the flooding and also the tornado. we re under a tornado watch until 8:00. thank you very much. and red ....
