The Wyoming Game and Fish Department welcomes Sarah Dugan. Dugan has begun to perform duties as the Buffalo district game warden after the recent retirement of Jim Seeman.
According to the Game and Fish, Dugan grew up in Greeley, Colo. before moving to Laramie to attend the University of Wyoming.
