Jillian Pikora Pennsylvania State Police say a driver died in a crash that happened Saturday morning in Lebanon County. PSP say the head-on collision happened on South 5th Avenue near Duquesne Drive in Schaefferstown just after 8 a.m. Saturday.Police say the driver was heading southbound when they attempted to pass another car, crossing into the northbound lane, hitting another vehicle head-on. The roadway was closed for four hours. The southbound driver died at the scene.The driver and passenger in the car heading northbound were taken to Hershey Medical Center. Their condition is unknown.
