LAGUNA, Mar 12 Kicking off its virtual series on sustainable financing and protected area effectiveness, the ASEAN Centre for Biodiversity (ACB) held a two-part virtual training on the Monitoring Effectiveness Tracking Tool (METT) for protected area managers.
Drawing a hundred participants from the ASEAN Member States, the METT-4 training was conducted in cooperation with the European Union, German Development Bank (KfW), and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) through the Biodiversity Conservation and Management of Protected Areas in ASEAN (BCAMP) Project, Small Grants Programme (SGP), and the Institutional Strengthening of Biodiversity Sector in the ASEAN II (ISB II) Project, respectively.
