I want to show you some of the treasures from our collection. Lets go take a look. We are located in the old Norfolk City Hall that was in 1850 and given to the macarthur memorial in 1984. City hall contained nine galleries that chronicled the life and times of general Douglas Macarthur. It answers the question, why is the macarthur memorial in norfolk . The short answer is mom.
