this is actually a new. the waterloo school district moved their buses here in july. and for the first time. these heating building overnight. a lot of schools districts in eastern iowa don t have an indoor garage. there still is a llt of prep that g ges into getting the buses ready for school.. drivers arrive about two hours before they start their routes so there s enough time for the buses to warm up.. but it s also important to mmke sure kids are prepared to wait at the bus stop make sure they re dressed in mittens, and their glvoes and their hats. but make sure you dont send them out to the bus their feet warm. it s so easy for them to get cold. kathi says they will send out an-all call. letting parents know if anan buses will be late.. their kids indoors until the bus pulls up.. she doesn t want them running and slipping or getting hurt. also spoke with a doctor at allen hospital. and she says it s important to cover all extremeties. especiialy fingers.. nose . ears..
