The traffic department. There is a hot spot on interstate 580 just before the Macarthur Mayes and that is backing up the traffic. I would suggest friday as an alternate but it is already starting to load up through downtown. There was a stall on the san mateo bridge, westbound highway 92 out near the base of the incline.
