May 14, 2021 The Society of St. Vincent de Paul and the Knights of Columbus at St. Peter Church in Chillicothe will again hold a Drive-Thru Food Giveaway this Saturday, May 15th. Saturday’s Drive-Thru Food Giveaway will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the parking lot of St. Peter Church, located at the corner of Water and Church Streets. Drivers are requested to enter the lot from the alleyway on Church Street, and then exit onto Water Street. Those who’d like to receive a donation are encouraged to wear masks. Walk-up participants will also be accepted. The local church groups have been holding similar food giveaways over the past year in an effort to help Ross County residents struggling to put food on their table, or those adversely affected by the pandemic. ....
