Adams County currently owns and operates an inert waste landfill facility, regulated under Permit 0156 on approximately 30.38 acres located in the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 16, Township 129 North, Range 94 West in Adams County, ND. Adams County is proposing to renew their permit to continue waste disposal operations.
