The GP and leading voice in nutrition joined the Chris Evans Breakfast Show with Sky today to talk about his most important tips to keeping a healthy mind and body. He told Chris about his new book: “This isn t a vegan book, but it s definitely largely plant-based because that s the way we should be eating and 3-2-1 makes it simpler for people.” Can you have the odd meat treat? He said: “My cheeky treat is I will have a piece of meat, probably every two or three weeks. I’m largely plant-based, but Omega 3 is something that s lacking, regardless of whether you re eating meat products and fish products, or whether you re vegan or vegetarian, so I m a big proponent of Omega 3 from algae, so definitely look out for that. ....
