LEETONIA The Leetonia school board this week approved a contract with the teachers union for the next school year.
The board approved a one-year agreement with the Leetonia Education Association for the 2021-2022 school year. The contract is a rollover of the current contract which includes a 2 percent increase in base salary.
In other business, the board approved the school calendars for 2021-2022 and 2022-2023.
The 2021-2022 calendar includes a first day for students on Aug. 23, last day on May 27 and graduation on Saturday, May 28. The 2022-2023 calendar includes a first day for students on Aug. 22, last day on May 26 and graduation on Saturday, May 27. ....
