This week’s article will focus on the various type of plastics, what RICs (Resin Identification Codes) are and how they’re used, as well as the innumerable applications of the plastic resins in our society today.
The Resin Identification Coding System (RIC) was created in 1988 by the Society of the Plastics Industry (now the Plastics Industry Association) in the U.S.
