The “emergency break” shutdown across the province will have an impact on Brant County facilities.
The shutdown, announced by Premier Doug Ford on Thursday, begins Saturday at 12:01 a.m. and will be in place for at least four weeks.

Some County of Brant services are being impacted by the shutdown.
County of Brant customer service offices in Burford and downtown Paris will closed starting Tuesday. A number of services are offered online at www.brant.ca/OnlineServices or call 519-442-7268 or email info@brant.ca
Brant community centres and arenas will be closed and facility rentals cancelled during the emergency brake period. Credits will be applied to accounts where applicable. Rentals after this time period will remain in the system pending future provincial directives. Facility booking staff can be reached at facilitybooking@brant.ca or by calling 519-442-1944, ext. 3221.
