this week will be an interesting week. we ll start off with periods of precipitation tonight, tomorrow and wednesday. and then we dry out. cold at the beginning of the week. we spike up in the middle of the week and then cold again. so a lot going on. let s jump in jump in. 31 degrees in the nation s capital. 26 in baltimore. 27 at dulles airport. frederick, maryland, yes, 10 degrees there. 34 in ocean city. here is a look at the satellite radar. there was early-morning precipitation down to the south and that s dissipated or pushed off to the east. not much going on there now. we have a mix of well it s mostly cloudy. a few breaks in the clouds off to the north and west, but a few rays of sun during the course of the morning hours but mostly cloudy for today. and then off to the west you see a few little flips there. a low pressure system will move across the eastern united states. and that will bring us precipitation. some of you, this afternoon, could see freezin ....
