San Antonio brewery in legal brouhaha with Austin beer maker

Dorćol Distilling and Brewing is taking an Austin-based brewery to court over its Betty beer.
The San Antonio company says St. Elmo Co. is infringing on copyrights for its Betty Kölsch ale with the Austin brewery s Betty Blackberry Sour beer.
According to a court petition, St. Elmo has been profiting by giving its beer a name that s similar to Dorćol s ale.
St. Elmo Brewing Co. in Austin is being accused of copying Dorćol s ale with their Betty Blackberry Sour beer. Dorćol is taking the company to court, being represented by intellectual property law firm Gunn, Lee & Cave of San Antonio. ....
