My sister and I received our vaccine on last Monday. From booking, to having our vaccine to the end, was very well organized. The staff very knowledgeable and friendly.
I have read some people had a very bad experience. And I am sorry for that, especially our older generation that may need help booking an appointment. Maybe family members may help or maybe a hotline could be set up for them.
