CHARLESTON A candidate for the West Virginia House of Delegates 10th District led campaign contributions for the 2020 election, according to fourth quarter campaign financial reports filed with the Secretary of State.
Republican incumbent John Kelly raised $60,005 for the election and reported expenditures of $21,948 and a balance of $36,857.
Not too far behind Kelly, a Republican, was Vernon Criss, also a Republican incumbent for the 10th District, who reported $54,998 in contributions. Criss also reported expenditures of $26,270 and an ending balance of $28,727.
The 10th District for the time being is a three-delegate district. Winning the third position in the district was Roger Conley, a Vienna City Councilman and chairman of the Wood County Republican Party, who reported contributions of $9,318 and expenditures of $11,452. He had an ending balance of $15.70.
