Happening now firefighers battle a two alarm fire at a onestory building in dowtown oakland. The building is located inth street at around 6 30 this morning. No injuries have been reported. Officials say the suspected gunman, 23yearold paul ciancia , shot a tsa officer at point blank range. He then walked away, but returned moments later to shoot him again.
