　　根据公告，龙州股份全资子公司龙岩市新宇汽车销售服务有限公司(简称“新宇汽车”)拟将所持的东莞中汽宏远汽车有限公司(简称中汽宏远)51%股权，转让给深圳市康美特科技有限公司(简称“康美特”)和中山大洋电机股份有限公司(简称“大洋电机”)，其中康美特受让39.1%股权，大洋电机受让11.9%股权。
　　根据评估报告，中汽宏远100%股权估值为4.09亿元，本次交易的总价为2.14亿元。交易完成后，新宇汽车将不再持有中汽宏远股权，中汽宏远及其子公司不再纳入龙州股份合并报表范围。龙州股份的主营业务将不再包括新能源客车研发制造及销售业务。
