　　2016年2月，时任浙江省委常委、宁波市委书记刘奇调任江西省委副书记。紧接着，3月16日，时任宁波市委副书记、市长卢子跃涉嫌严重违纪接受调查，同月25日，卢子跃被免职。至此，宁波党政一把手双双空缺。
　　当年4月，唐一军成为宁波市委副书记，次月担任市政府党组书记、代市长。同年8月，唐一军成为浙江省委常委、宁波市委书记、市政府党组书记、代市长。
